Absolutely first-class accommodation in all respects. The hosts were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The bedroom was tastefully decorated and the bed extremely comfortable. The bathroom was a standout, wish we could have taken it home with us!

Can't think of anything we didn't like or that didn't come up to scratch.

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and were upgraded to a larger room. The hosts provided tea and cake upon arrival, making us feel even more at home. The level of care and cleanliness in the room and throughout the house was exceptional. The breakfast spread in the sunroom overlooking the garden was amazing. The hosts were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the local area. one of the best B&Bs we have ever visited.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with advice on everything from restaurants to attractions. The location was perfect for us, situated in a quiet and residential area, and within easy access to public transportation from the train station. The hotel facilities were great, with amenities such as slippers and bathrobes, and even a mini Mars bar to welcome us on our first night. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding, and the parking space was convenient.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The room and en-suite were spacious and immaculately clean, providing us with enhanced comfort and relaxation. We were delighted to find that the room was well-equipped with ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and even a television with AM/FM alarm clock and CD player. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great addition, allowing us to stay connected during our stay.

The value for money at this B&B was excellent, with everything exceeding our expectations. The room was incredibly comfortable, and we had the best sleep on our entire trip. The location was perfect, offering a quiet environment while still being close to all the attractions in Cornwall. The owners, Bill and Jaqui, were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay.

Just one small thing that could make breakfast even better, the menu for breakfast could include self-service for the continental options.

The room was clean and comfortable, offering a pleasant stay. There was a menu with different breakfast options and the food was quite tasty. The hotel is located in a central area, close to several shops and restaurants. it was a decent experience.

The room we were given faced a very noisy street, which made it difficult to sleep at night. Additionally, the room was quite small and cramped, with little space to move around. The bathroom was also quite outdated and could have used some renovations. Unfortunately, we had a less than ideal experience during our stay.

Spotlessly clean, spacious room and ensuite. Best refreshment tray ever seen. Super friendly hosts gave great advice. Perfect location near tasty fish and chips and good restaurant. 10/10 stay.

Great B&B experience for our New Year getaway. Breakfast was delicious and they had a lot of options including dietary requirements. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location was very convenient and easily accessible by public transportation. Another positive was the friendly and welcoming staff who made us feel at home.

The variety of places to eat within walking distance was a bit limited. It would have been great if they offered more options for dinner.
